The Agency's Office is open:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm
Telephone messages are monitored by Managers of the Agency on a regular basis out of office hours including weekends. Messages relating to difficulties where children have been placed for adoption will be responded to as soon as possible. All other messages will be responded to on the next working day.
Anyone leaving a message on the Agency's Answer phone is requested to leave a clear telephone contact number. The reason for this is that those monitoring telephone messages do not have access to Agency records or emails at weekends or in the evenings.
